Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring that the agency delivers on its promises. They work closely with the client to understand their needs and objectives, and then develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve those goals. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing the client budget, overseeing the marketing process, and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the client level
- Understand the client’s business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve those goals
- Manage the client budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
- Oversee the creative process and ensure that all deliverables meet the client’s expectations
- Provide regular feedback to the client on the progress of their campaigns
- Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency setting
- Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
